Will the rear doors from a1990 3.9 fit 1989 3.5 ?

Yes they will do, hinges and catches are the same, but the plugs for the leccy windows and central locking will be different possibly.

Yes they should, if both cars are concealed hinge then you will have the same hinge and reinforcing withing the door.  AFAIK the door cards are the same so the door pulls etc are interchangeable, just a question of the wiring plugs wich I think might also be the same :-k

The '89 model was the americanised version, concealed hinges, new wiring looms and more toys, plus the Hot-Wire EFi.

P.S> if your '89 is visible hinge then ignore all the above, it's probably wrong.
