need half shaft for 1990 range rover abs model with 10 spline into diff  been offerd 1 out of a d reg but that got different cv joint and i dont no if the half shaft would b the same anyone on ere no if the half shaft is the same as the older ones if not any one got one same as mine cheap
ps it the long one of passenger side front

Think I've said this elsewhere but you need a ABS equiped car/axle/halfshaft.  the axles were redesigned for the launch of ABS.  I have posted the 'phone no of Phil, our local breakers on the recomendations page if you can't find one.

just take the half shaft out the joint youve been ofered & put it into urs with the abs ring

woohoo half shaft came this morning and i fitted it today i got 4 wheel drive again even on full right lock that grinding sound gone i think transfer box is ok there no probs on full lock  :(biggrin):

I will admit to not knowing about how it actually works, but...................... as you have a half shaft,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there a full shaft somewhere on the vehicle?

No it's only called that because there are 2 of them in each axle, making I suppose a full shaft.
