Had resized the oroginal photos from the 2.7mb or so and had tried to post these as 10okb each.... only to find that the MC system spat the original post back at me!
Here's one of the side exit bit...
All done in 63mm stainless - 90 deg bend and a custom bent bit from GDS Engineering of Brackley (Google 'em or PM if anyone wants their contact details)
Intend to swing the exhaust clamp through 180 deg when I do the finisher ring (probably D44) to avoid any chance of snagging my nuts in the mud... :shock:

Pretty much exactly what i did on mine, only i used pieces of old exhausts i had laying around.......LOL

gone from 200tdi.... to 300tdi... still with loads done to it, in fact, even more than the last truck...LOL!!!
