sj tyres

what is the biggest tyre size i can fit my sj. it has spoa. was thinking of 31/10.5/15 bronco grizzly claws,please advise,p.s the sj is for off road only

Hi on my Sj I ran 235/85 16 Tyres wicth work out about 32" with spoa and the standard spring I had to cut a little bit off the wheel arch away and ran spacers so 31's You will have to do the same with sammy axles and big off set Tyres you will not need the spacers.

as baz says 31's shud be ok with a spoa conversion here is one of my old sj'd
spoa'd and pug derv lump and still plenty of room for the 31's with no body lift

what  make would you advise. i was only going for bronco grizzly claws because thats what ive seen on most cars, any others that r better/cheaper

31" claws will measure a bit more close to 32"
not very good on the road and noisey but great offroad if you can keep the tread clear
