rims v tyres?
« on: July 10, 2009, 22:22:09 »
whilst i know that a 750 will fit a 7j rim in a practical  sense, is it advisable to do so? my concerns are damaging the rims on stuff by means of the tyre wall not deflecting things; pulling the tyres off the rims when cornering/ on a a side slope because of not having bead locks. your thoughts would be apreciated.

cheers.

I had a set of 7.50 tyres on 7 inch rims. The tyres were ok, but because the side walls were pushed out so much I don't think they had as much grip at times as they should of had.
