« on: July 12, 2009, 16:14:34 »
hi guys, got my mot coming up and trying to fix my right indicators which have been going on the blink for a while it seem there flashing at twice normal speed, i replaced the front side repeater and front indicator, had a look inside i noticed the earth wire came undone so cleaned it up and refitted it and still the same problem, checked all the wires cant see anything immediate. any ideas? im currently using a 10w bulb in front and rear a 5w in side and i am using a 10w fuse. any help appreciated.

try sticking 21w lamps in as that is what they are supposed to be and normal flashing will be resumed

if you've only got 15w then then flasher will flash twice as fast as it thinks youve got a blown lamp,.
