recalibrated rear window?

ok had problems with immobiliser,battery went flat in fob,but fine now,well the back door wouldnt open and window wont drop,looked on old posts for answers ,as it was fine prior to the fob fault,anyway disconnected battery  and reconnected,window didnt drop fully down ,but door opens now and works fine with the central locking,but buton on dash bleebs now to say window needs recalibrated but cant do this if it wont drop when battery reconnected,any ideas????

i belive that if you lock and unlock it twice it sorts it out.there is somethink about this on the mad web sit..hope that helps

i will try anything lol,dont under stand why it wont go down after reconnecting battery? maybe its  the chaffed wire at the door will spend more time on it at week end,hopefully by then it will have fixed itself,i take it wiper wont work untill recalibrated?
