The existing engine mounts on the chassis are ok. You will need to remove the engine mount brackets from your existing engine and bolt them onto the 200 tdi. All the holes are there ready. You will probably need to tap a couple of holes in the flywheel cover to bolt the engine up to the gearbox. The holes are already there but not threaded at the bottom of the flywheel housing. The remaining bolt holes line up but you just need to miss one out where the starter motor position is different. The biggest part of the job is the pipework after the engine is in. I'm assuming the 200 is from a disco, so oil cooler, power steering, intercooler pipes ets all need to be modified. You will also need disco rad / oil cooler, fuel filter assembly and things like the air filter box and all hoses will come in useful if you have a complete donor vehicle.
