Hi
I don't think Optima batteries are all they are cracked up to be. Yes they are good, but they are very expensive. I think you are better off with as much lead as you can fit in the space. Also you can buy 2 or 3 new batteries for the price of 1 optima.
I have used a 664 battery. It just fits in a disco, but doesn't leave a lot of room.
I have purchased from Tayna in the past. Numax battery has worked faultlessly for 2 years and has been abused. This is not long I know, but it looks good so far.
have a look at

Another one from the Numax range is my vote!
I run two of these
http://www.tayna.co.uk/Numax-CXV-X-1000-Amp-P7632.html
One for starting and one for my winch on a winch grade split charge.
Two years on now with no hassle and no failures! My winch gets used about once a month for a lot of winching.

Best bet is to fit the biggest battery that will physically fit into the battery tray.
664 or 072 will work.

just put an optima red top on tonight, mostly cos the price was right but it does pack quite some punch.
