Hard Times indeed
« on: November 20, 2009, 15:49:31 »
Hi peeps, just wondering if anyone knows the laws/bylaws    :police:        regarding picking up fallen trees to take home for firewood.

Me and the Mrs, (mad madam mimm)            both out of work now so burning anything combustable in the fireplace.   8-[

Live in amoungst loads of MOD land around Aldershot, (so undesireable now even the British Army moved out).    [-X

Don't want to end up  in trouble    :police:          so any advice gratefully received.
Rgds  David

If its on council land it belongs to the council, if its from private land and fell on common land it still belongs to the landowner and should be put back.

Unfortunatley unless you have permission from the original owner its classed as theft.
