Land Rover meet in Denton Greater Manchester

There was an avert/article in the local free paper about meeting at a pub in Denton. I have lost the article, :( does anyone know when it is and the location? :D

it,s at the lowes arms pub and has been well attended average vehicle numbers 30 all land rovers the next meet is on sun the 20th dec I think,when we will be having a drive out to some country pub where one can have refreshments if you so choose then I guess you can drive back towards glossop via one or two greenlanes :D. The meets are normally on a wed but as the next meet fell in xmas week we decided on the sunday date. Three of us did a greenlane reckie the other week though this was cut short when one of our group broke a centre diff and half shaft at Hollinsclough. If you need anymore info get back to me as I,m also in Glossop.

This is great news, :lol: sadly it is my parents diamond wedding anniversary on the 20th :( so I am unable to turn out. Do you have any dates of the meeting in the New Year or date of any trips out over the Christmas holidays?

Hi Pete my mistake it,s sunday the 13th we will be meeting at the Lowes arms pub and then driving to monsal head I think then it,s up to everybody how they make their own way home.

Between 10.30 am and 11am we should be leaving pub about 11am ish on the run to Monsal Head, then from there is up to you .

sorry i missed ya today had a few problems with my lightweight on sat plus I hurt my back in the process :'( hope you had a good day and perhaps see you at the next meet in denton.
