have u tried both handles Jim ??

when mine packed up I couldnt open from the outside handle, but if i held up the button from the inside and use the inside handle it was ok, turned out to be a tired actuator not lifting the button enough. easy fix

good luck

put the key in and try the handle while the key is firmly turned try each way. I picked up a discover yesterday and thats how I have to get in the boot. if not i think you can pop the land rover badge of and try and pull some of the rods in ther with a coat hanger or something. good luck

If it's the one you got yesterday, simply pop out the Land Rover badge and squirt some wd40 in there - it's just seized (although it was working fine yesterday!), if it's not that one - then I'm not so sure!

Mine woul ;)d'nt unlock because the handle was stuck up slightly. Remove the LR badge, you can then lever it down followed by a good spray of WD to free it off.
