Ours is actually in a RRC but I thought I'd ask here. Behind the ali casting that holds the PAS pump, alternator and of coourse the water pump is a gasket that seals the wtaer passage to the pump, the gasket looks like it's secured by 2 of the water pump bolts.Anyway, ours leaks, badly now. So is it a pig of a job to swap it? I first thought it was part of the timing case but luckily it might be seperate. Unfortuanltely there is absolutely no detail in the 300TDi manual.
