gonna swap out the seized 200tdi for a secondhand engine, but once thats done which bits will be sell-able? lets assume i get a complete engine with turbo etc.

All the ancillaries, so starter motor, PAS pump, alternator and also the turbo

what about engine parts??? head etc? or reconning it and selling it as a whole?

head, injectors, pump and manifolds too

IMHO Not worth doing re-con if seized cost of skim, gaskets, rings, shells rebore? regrind? will leave very little for your labour if selling on without guaruntee

I'd keep most bits a spares
