P38 heater need help please
« on: January 20, 2010, 13:06:24 »
Hi guys I have a p38 1997 RR with aircon that only blows out cold air, the engine is running normal temp and both heater pipes are hot. I was told that there may be a servo stuck does anyone know which one or are there any other suggestions. Many thanks in advance,
Martin

mine had this problem on the drivers side only its the blend motor failed you might have a book emblem on your display telling you

most people say its a dash out job but it can be done without the dash comming out alot of work thou thats why ive put it off for so long

search for p38 blend motor theres loads of info on them

while your at it replace the matrix o rings as they will more than likely start to leak once you have upset everything so will mean dash out again for £1 worth or o rings
