Getting involved with overseas rescues

Anyone know how you could get involved in overseas rescue efforts, like Haiti?  :huh:  Actually go there to help out?

Join the Army/Navy/Air Force  :lol:

We (as in my regiment) are sending a 3 boats and associated crews to Haiti in the next few days, all on board the RFA ship Largs Bay.

If the armed forces is too drastic (it probably is for most) the SARAID webby is worth a look.
