Bearmach springs
« on: January 27, 2010, 21:37:36 »
I've got an idea of the springs i want ,so have contacted a few suppliers and apparently some dont seem to know much about the parts they supply. Anyway i've searced past threads about this and found various advice/answers,such as front and rear springs being swapped round to get the right ride height !
So.. can anyone tell me ,when fitting bearmach HD springs will parts BA2103 rear and BA2104 front springs be the same height.? theyre supposed to be 30mm higher which is about what I want ,but in reality HD springs always seem to be higher than expectedwhen actually fitted. one place sells them as part of a 1 1/2" lift kit. I know theyre not ultra HD but thats what I need.

Could '"what springs will fit my disco ?" be the next most asked question.? :)

I've got the blue ones on my 90.  No idea what part numbers though.

They're a bit stiff for off roading but the ride height seems good.

Looking at the spring rates for those two springs a 30mm lift seems about right. They are both about 40lbs/ft higher rated than the standard LR fitment to the Tdi Discovery.
