Rad and intercooler come out as one piece. If you have air con then you just undo the aircon bits and this enables you to manouvre the rad out. The nuts for the brackets that hold the rad down are hidden behind the horns. Where abouts are you based?

I have done 2 on mine :)

ah right now i get it seams quite simple now i know how to attack it thanks alot im based about 30miles north of manchester in accrington
how it seams to leak is its ok driveing round town with the heater on but get on the motoway and it leaves a trail of steam behind you
water drips off the front cross member in a red colour so its anti freeze so i get it home top it up only takes about 3 pints mark the level leave it over night  and it does not drop but once i work the engine hard a trail of steam comes from the rad area
whats making me think its the rad is i did a pay and play day up at cowm quarry and i went in a icy lake and it started leaking from then now i know the rad is the weekest part of the systerm so im thinkin that has a hole in  but it must be a really small one
all ready tryed rad weld type stuff and its not worked  but the sides of the rad are plastic so if it leaks there rad weld wont work
