North West 4x4 Response is looking for new members to join. NW4x4R is a volunteer group set up to provide logistical support to Emergency Planning Officers and Emergency Services across the North West. Membership is open to anyone who is willing and interested to get involved. Although primarily the group needs owner drivers of 4x4 vehicles there are also a number of other roles within the group for non vehicle owning/driving volunteers.
NW4x4R is a team of volunteer owners of suitable 4x4 vehicles that can be called upon at short notice to provide logistical support throughout the region.
NW4x4R provides training and assessment of members to ensure that they are sufficiently competent to provide the necessary support when required.
NW4x4R organises regular events to undertake training and team building activities that will help to improve the groups capabilities and help team members to work together.
