Wednesbury newbie here
« on: February 09, 2010, 18:24:46 »
hey everyone! new to the scene, but i fancied taking a new path via a muddy track instead of a race track. about me, name is jay, 27yrs young. a lorry driver in brum for last 5 years, and 5 years before that had some great fun mowing down trees on salisbury plain and going hell for leather across iraqs open deserts whilst in the armed forces. been a petrol head since i was young, father/son bonding thing that i couldn stop doing if tried. spent most my money on cars, and the latest troublesome car on my drive being the evo., gave up with payin a ridiculous amount of insurance each month and went and bought a 4x4 from my friend. so here i am, wanting to be a mudplugger in my L reg Olive Green Disco. I dont really know much about them, but if it involves taking it apart i can do that easily. I know its a 200tdi. its a 2.5L. It has 7 seats, a slightly bent front bumper, a broken n/s front indicator and surround, broken rear n/s door handle, and worst of all.......no wheel brace or jack. apart from that it runs very nice i think lol. anyway enough from me, hope to hear/see you all soon. jay
