Warning lights
« on: February 28, 2010, 22:39:31 »
Hey ya guys. Got in my disco 2 this evening and got a few warning lights pop up. Used the landy fine this morning on the farm then ran it around town and it was fine.

So when i got in it tonight i had 3 warning lights come up. The ABS, Diff lock and Traction control. The diff lock light went out after a bit but the other two stayed on.

Anywho i parked up at the pub and come to start it up again and they didnt light up again?

Do i have a problem?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Sammy D

You have just had your first taste of the three amigos!!  Usually caused by a dodgy ABS sensor on one of the hubs.  If the lights went out, then it was a minor blip and nothing to worry about.  If they stay on then you'll need to connect the D2 to Testbook or Nanocom to find out which one is causing the problem.

Thanks for the replys. I havent had them show up at all. well apart from the diff lock that come on and off today. Going to give her a good clean at the weekend and presure wash the wheel hubs etc and see if theres just dirt causing this problem :afro:
