TD5 vibration at speed?
« on: March 25, 2010, 14:48:00 »
My TD5 manual makes a noise between 60 and 70 mph a bit like being on rumble strips. I have replaced all the tyres had them all balanced, and replaced the rubber on the rear prop but none of this has made a difference. It does it when its in gear and in neutral. :-k
Any ideas please as I'm at a bit of a loss now apart from perhaps getting the prop balanced but I don't see how it could of got out of balance.
Do you think wheel bearings could do this?
Cheers for any help.

They look ok but I think I'll change them anyway. Don't know what else to try.
