Has anybody bought the easunlock diagnostic software off rsw and can help me. I have pluged it in and read the faults (theres a lot) and it's not letting me clear them or adjust the hight as it's leaning to one corner

No, I have Rovacom and that works. If you get stuck bring it over one weekend.
