What size wheels are you running?
Air or coil suspension?

If your sticking with your 18" wheels i wouldn't go any bigger than 255/60/18.
You could switch to 16" rims and fit some 245/70/16's with out any issues.
Any bigger and when the car lowers at speed it might be a problem
