hello buddys ive been hav some prob with the rear axle on my 90 its a 300tdi disco axle ne way on the hub where there is 5 bolts to undo the half shafts out well the left hand side all 5 bolts snapped and then today it snap the right hand side so has nebody got a clue what can be makin this happon i really am lost on this lol

If they have been done up too tight, ie breaker bar or impact gun they develop hairline cracks and then shear off dur to the rotational forces applied

If they snapped off due to being over stressed or over tightened you should be able to drill them out and remove them with stud extracters. If you can't they have been threadlocked or rusted in place, a downside fo wading I'm afraid.
