Steve

Did you get that sorted? Only saw your post today when I was searching for a problem with my own air con on 200TDi Defender.

I've got a kit that was installed 5 years ago. Belt goes over the crank and PAS. However mine keeps stalling and I lose PAS. I'm trying to find double pulleys for the crank.

Hi Chris

I was trying to install an air con pump to use with on board air, I bought an aircon belt for the 200tdi but it was too long although not long enough to go around the PAS as well. in the end I have bought a 49inch belt from a local machine company and just come straight from the double crank pulley to the air con pump. works ok but still feel it could do with some sort of belt tensioner.

Fills my 24 litre air tank in no time at all.

Steve
