I saw this chappie this afternoon at the Steam Rally at the National Coal Mining Museum (to the west of Wakefield)

Now I know exactly what he was doing, as I saw everything.

But, as usual, captions for the photograph, please :lol:  :lol:

When you turn the wheels round they look wider but it's a pain to get to the valve to pump up.
