Genuine LR or OEM adjustable towbar?
« on: May 08, 2012, 20:51:06 »
'lo,

We finally got ourselves a "Green Oval" (2nd hand Disco3) at the end of last year as a replacement tow vehicle for SWMBO's horse box.

Unfortunately it's got no towbar fitted & I was thinking of getting one of the adjustable ones. Question is, do any of you rate the OEM (Thule, Bearmach) models or would you recommend forking out the extra

Our old D3 had the swan neck and definately looked better than the adjustable one.
It could be taken off so easily and simply with a turn of a key so was idea.
Looks fairly weedy but will easily handly up to 6t......dont ask how i know lol
