cheap warranty job
« on: August 09, 2012, 18:43:11 »
When I got my car it had a 3 month warranty. Under this the steering box was replaced. 18 months later it has sprung a leak. Guess what I'm going to be whining about come opening time in the morning. Sorry but if the first one lasts 13 years its replacement should not die  within ten never mind less than two.

Boo hiss.

Not sure if it was a new new one but I doubt it. Tbh everything they touched on this car has turned into a saga hence getting back to them about this now. In so many ways I should have bought it private and what I saved on the over inflated purchase price could have bought gold plated genuine parts for it. Pity really as the guy was a mate before he sold me this heap of issues. Boo hiss.

That went well, I don't think. So a new annual service item in the shape of  steering seals. Boo hiss.
