Rear roof window

After comming home from work one wet and rainy night, I took a sharp bend a bit to fast and my landy and I ended up in a ditch that my daughters boy freind had to help tow me out of (thanks Will ) any way the roof window things on the passenger side has nearly come out of the seal now without asking a daft question are they easy to put in and out as I need to get a new seal ???

no other damage a part from a dint on the roof

You don't need a special filler strip tool but they make life so much easier. Other than that, simple job.
