Heated screens front & rear

Hi all... Any advice would be appreciated... Both screens have packed up! I can hear the relay click & checked fuses.. No avail... Any ideas??

I would have a look at the actual terminals on the screen take the wires off and clean any corrosion. Then I would put a multimeter on to check for continuity of the screen and the wires.

Front screen tend to not go all at once, they fail a few strands at a time.  Check the earth is good at both ends,

It's curious that both have packed up, are they both supplied by the same maxi fuse under the bonnet perhaps?
