Friday the ffff thirteenth!!!

Aaargh!!!
Some pleb driving down the bus lane this morning cutting all and sundry up has the tenacity to have a go at me because I smiled and waved (nothing rude honest!) at him, then he follows me for about a mile and has another go at a set of traffic lights "I'm gonna get you and trash your car, smash your face in blah blah blah" - didn't want to hang around when I called 999 on the hands free tho.
Typical of the way things are today - people go out of their way to backside orifices just to be able to have a row when someone points out the error of their way to them.
Then the mother of the fatherless child that lives a couple of doors up from us and is pretending to be king of the road decides she's going to have a go at us because we haven't spoken to her because of the fatherless child.
A pillock on an email list who I was negotiating to buy something off decides he likes playing chinese whispers rather than asking me a question out right, then decides to play silly games posting sarcastic emails to the email list.

Talk about things coming in three's... just hope thats all for today!!! Feel like going home, getting into bed and not coming out again until tomorrow.

That's right Chris get it out of your system.

Did notice this morning on the way to work that
there wasn't so much traffic about as normal.

I was wondering how many folk take the day off
when the 13th falls on a Friday. :-k

It still suprises me that I "see" the same people over and over again in different places without realising it.  I saw the comments you refer to and thought they were a bit "strange".

It's definately F13th.  Today, we've lost our dog, the playgroup hamster is not well, we lost a big client at work through no fault of our own and my mobile has just packed up.

Well, my car just went walkabout on its own!

Since some-one pulled the handbrake on too far, on the ratchet, and stretched it, it has got a little loose.  I now have to park it in gear.

That said, I put it in reverse in front of the house when I pulled up (can't get on the drive, Charity is there with bits hanging off her) and pulled the handbrake on for good measure, but somehow it came out of gear and rolled across the close!

I have warned the ghost that drove it there, if it does it again, I'll kill it!

Friday the 13th - and my Mum and I picked today to have a go at the Council about them overcharging her :?   How do these people get jobs? First, they don't read properly, second they can't hear properly and then he kept asking the same questions over again   He shut up when I asked him to produce a statement of my Mum's payments from Sept 99 to date   After all that, I treated her to a nice coffee, sticky bun and a well stressed ciggy

I got a call on my classroom phone this morning from an irate parent (god knows how she got the direct number) who insisted that I spent all my time with her daughter and ignored the other 26 kids in the class
She then procceded to put the parrot on the phone because it was feeling lonely and it didnt like the program that was being shown on the disney channel at the time

'onest, it happened.

Fantastic day today - I went for morning coffee in the front garden of a very nice house near to where I was picking up school kids in the coach, to go on a very nice day out - Only trouble was, the occupants of the house were'nt expecting me for  morning coffee or the 53 seater coach that ploughed through their garden wall due to clutch failure - lucky the coach was empty and no-one else involved - made my day it did - NOT
