They have divided the UK into six regions:
Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and 3 regions in England.

Good news though, 28 days playing without loosing the money.   :D

Great news, but before we get too excited, this dispensation is only for 2005 with the situation being reviewed again re 2006/2007.

A review next year is fine... provided we don't all go away feeling smug and forget about it until the time comes.

This is the opportunity for motorsport to prove that the change in the policy was the correct thing to do, and that we aren't all the country-destroying lunatics that some would have us made out to be.

It is also an opportunity to get the land owners on-side and make sure everyone keeps informed about the actual realms of the document, and the effect it has on the single payment scheme, etc.
