I thought for a minute the Black Rats had got into 4x4ing!

Black Rats are an unofficial UK wide group/club of traffic police officers so I'm led to understand, some have a black rat on the rear of the private cars for some reason ;-)

Is that so that other black rats don't stop them for speeding when they're doing 159mph?

Whoops I'm such a cynic :(
