Some of our crews mentioned that this afternoon to me & said their control room weren't as 'diplomatic' :lol:

Errrr.......... My observation skills might not be as good as they could be however I didn't read any mention of the Police??????????

People use 999 calls for anything and everything including ordering taxi's and pizza's - then they are the first to slag off the services when they are slow to attend a genuine emergency  :evil:
