i dont know if works or not there was'nt eny leads , ive not seen one like this before? wots the box for?, look at the signal box jack plug?, wots with the frequency stuff? or am i dum? :oops: (answer's on a post card please) :lol:

The box with the gauge is an SWR meter for fine tuning the aerial. Standing Wave Ratio. As it is AM/FM it is illegal to use inthis country. FM only now.

Wow that is a blast from the past, if memory serves me right (25 years since I saw one) that goes from the swr metre to a burner  :wink:  = more, then illegal power.

i must say iam quite old and i remember am but i ent seen enything like it before, when a freind gave it to me and said wot is it, (like i new becuse i use a cb so ive seen everyone made and know all the in's and out's ) i just gave a blank stair and said um! :shock:  :?
