It was a technical question relating to Defender, rather thn general chat. So I thought that it was better placed in the Defender technical forum.

Have also answered with the information you wanted.

in addition the mods need to ensure that if one posting related to a topic is moved all others of a similar nature must be done too or people feel they are being targeted in some way.....

In fairness, despite our intellect and general awesomeness (combined with our stella good looks*), we're only human, canine, piscine and equine.

Sometimes we have to act, sometimes we miss stuff, sometimes we procrastinate. Sometimes a decision requires a judgement call (which can be a toughy to make) - these are good if you wanna see a Mod sweat!

As long as folk are cool about it and can understand that we don't just pick on folk for the helluvit ('cos life really is too short, man), things pootle along all ticketyboo, like.

Don't get me wrong here, we don't mind folk asking questions 'bout where stuff may have gone - that's perfectly okay, because we're only human (and canine, and piscine and equine) and we may have missed something,  f'rinstance. As long as folk are understanding when they ask,  and when we answer, we can be cool and again everything pootles along all ticketyboo.

When all is said and done, we don't set out to offend ('cos we're nice like that!   )

........unless you're really unlucky

Cheers
