My truck cab rear windows rattle like mad, its so annoying.
Is it an easy fix or should I just mastic them shut? Cant say I have ever opened them.

Hey Baz. Not sure if its sliding windows or up'n'down windows you have..... either way felt (or similar material) in the runners should help.

I use the edge of a old rubber door mat, make strips about 5mm wide and fit in down the channel
If it ain't broken................................break it !

re doing the runner felta is the proper way I guess.

I quick fixed the rattle on my CSW rear sliding windows by putting strategic blobs using hot glue gun (which sticks to glass for some reason! it useless for everything else) . The blobs act as dampers between glass/glass and glass metal contact, the rattle disappears. Can't even seen the blobs as there are in the corners and the windows still slide as normal.
