Lets Ave It, i will be up for that. santa pod is ace. Me and the lads go a few times a year. Hope the weather is good though, i have been there and it has rained all night. At least one thing the fields get in a right muddy state. :lol: :lol: :lol:

they usually try and match like for like but if that fails its just a case of going against who eva happens to be about.
i have heard that some guys with lowered defenders that have been chipped are interseted in coming!!! could be interesting!!!!!!

i have never seen a defender lowered........... :-. :-.

I think this is a great idea and would be loads of fun, I do have an idea OK its out of our territory but I would love to see a funny car or top fuel car roar down there what do you think of the possibility of getting a like minded club on the drag circuit to share the weekend, they do a bit of testing we see some rip roaring speed we then show them how to sling some MUD plus some angles for squeaky bum moments.

OK my tin helmet is on, it was just an idea 8-[

It should be that the santapod raceway site is entered via the A6 end of the forty foot byway - any vehicle in order to enter the racing must get in via that route , maybe unaided.

OK we are still at the walking stage at the moment, for us to have jet power cars going down the track it will start costing more than our budget will allow so let get the numbers going then we can start adding attractions. one defiantly for the future tho i think.

meeting set with Santa pod for next Tuesday 20/01/09 at 10:00hrs so fingers crossed

this idea would probably be great fun BUT muddy vehicles (and i think its pretty safe to say they gona be muddy if they coming in off 40ft) are not allowed on the track........... small amount of mud you might get away with however the chunks of clay likely to drop off after doing 40ft is a no no....... unless of course you would like to volunteer to wash everyones truck after they come in over 40ft before they go down the track!!!!!

dont wash my own , let alone any one elses!

yep 40ft is a tad dirty, but its supposed to be a proper 4x4 event, so thought it to be a way to ensure that true offroaders qualified.

depends on the time of year too.
