same size as nas lights .there a complete led unit and plug straight into ext wiring .i had to mod mine to new plugs as 200tdi .you need a dioid pack for indicators to flash,ian at irb stocks them very easy mod for td5 .take about one & half hours

LEDs are way better (if they are bright enough) because they light up so much faster, they canmake the difference between keeping your back end intact and loosing it.

Yeap, LEDs illuminate significantly faster than filament bulbs, but one more BMW off the road is not to be mourned.

Also handy if you leave the lights on by accident as much less power draw ;)
The stop/tail light don't look very bright in daylight pic though.

If you buy the 36 LED types not the 19 they are as bright as bulbs, also buy the ones with red LEDs not whitye ones, the bluey white lights gets cut down by the red lens.
